How hard is it to isolate the audio tracks off a DVD?

I have a concert DVD that I want to burn to cd to listen in the car. How hard is to seperate the music from the dvd?

Don't know which tools you need (I think Flask but not sure) but separating the video from the audio is pretty simple. They should have the tools listed at dvdhelp.org.

I dunno, but my Sony MHC-RG7 can play the audio tracks off of video game CDs.

I think Gordian Knot has a program in its software bundle that can splice the audio and save it separately, as .ogg I think.

dude! its SO easy, takes about 20 minutes. Search for the IMTOO DVD Audio ripper online, its a free trial. It rips it to any audio format you need, I do this all the time for concert dvds

Yup go to doom9.org and check there. What I did last time was to use Gordian Knot to convert the whole DVD to SVCD and then just take the Audio portion of the VCD out.
