I love the scene where Frank dies and the rest get taken to the army base, I find the imagery and music moving..

I just love the emotions that 28 days later stirs up, the second bit at the army place was great, the soundtrack was ace too.

Makes you think, if you woke up in a hospital like that, what would you do ?

I'd like to see anyone who's been laying down for 28 days get up and walk.

I really liked the DVD extras.. the alternate endings...

You've never been on a bender? ;)

brit films that start with promise, then degenerate into normal low grade bullsh*t.
and the low quality dv cams were not appreciated by me at the theater for 28days. i don't care if u save money, it looks like sh*t and my ticket cost the same.

I thought that movie was great, and I usually regard horror flicks as way too corny and a waste of time. I did follow it up with Shaun of The Dead, which was pretty damn funny in parts, even if I didn't care for the ending.

Part of me wants to agree with Oroo, but then I recall what a great film Lock, Stock, and Two Smoking Barrels was...

oh i didn't mean brit films in general. i meant these two..shawn and 28days later since they tend to be bundled together. both start out clever and rapidly degenerate.

oh..dont forget trainspotting:)

And Snatch.

For those interested, Layer Cake is a new british film, though it's got nearly as good as trainspotting, lock stock, or snatch.

I was let down a bit by Snatch. Good flick for the most part, but it really seemed to me like Guy was trying to reheat his previous successful formula from Lock, Stock...
Must say though, Brad Pitt did a great tinker.

Trainspotting was awesome, even though the baby part freaked me out and made regular appearences in my dreams for awhile....ugh.

Trainspotting is a great film.

My bro thought Layer Cake was crappy though.

The zombies cracked me up. I haven't seen the whole thing yet, just the later 30-45 minutes.

It was good, but being that it was filmed in England, there wasn't enough gunplay for me in the first half or so of the movie. But it was still pretty good.
