How good, relatively, would an Adtran T1 Multiplexer be?

My insane wife has gotten herself involved in a telemarketing business. She bought a T1 multiplexer, the Adtran TSU-600, to split a T1 line into 24 phone lines. Being an innocent bystander watching my wife chop away at our budget, I am curious how "good" of a product Adtran brand "stuff" is, relative to other products in the industry.

Could anyone "in the know" voice their opinion??? Thanks!! :)

Adtran's good stuff. They've been around for a long time, their tech support is reputed to be pretty decent.

We have a bunch of their stuff in the Lab, never had a problem with it.

I'll second that - I've used hundreds of Adtrans over the years and never had a problem. Even dropped one and destroyed the case and LCD and it kept rolling without a glitch.

That 600 is pretty cool - I've never seen a CSU that can split out voice and actually provide you with standard RJ11 analog jacks.

i'd assume that they'd make some decent stuff considering Adtran equipment is mandatory for cisco academies... (CCNP academies at least)

Really? Huh, I find that surprising. Not that AdTran is bad stuff mind you. I just don't recall any AdTran related questions. If you're referring to basic TelCo/BellCore terminology, then that's a different matter altogether.
