How good or bad is this FujiPlus USB-HDTV tuner?

Here is the FD-USB728 link. Its colors/pictures quality is not much of a concern but I'm concerning more or less buggy driver, would it work in my laptop and so forth?

I'm on the road much lately and do not want to miss HD widescreen NFL actions on Sunday. My laptop is a Dell Ins 9300 with ATI-X300 SE video card.

2) Where did you purchase it?

3) Does it come with an antenna?
