I was looking at that same case as well, looks nice. But then I saw the Lian Li PC7 case at pcmods.com and fell in love.

I have that same power supply in my system now, real nice and quiet but the cables are long as heck.

I built a system using the MSI K7T266 Pro2-RU motherboard for my brother-in-law. It's real sharp looking and I liked the USB 2.0 and only a heatsink on the northbridge (makes system without another fan and being a lot less noisy).

Nice CPU, don't get the retail.

Looking at the same CD-RW drive that you are to upgrade my from Teac 4x4x32.

Yeah, that heatsink will work with that motherboard. Good choice to use a case fan on it too. I replaced the 80mm Smart Fan on my Thermaltake Volcano 7 HSF with a 80mm 2900RPM Coolermaster case fan and my system is dead quiet. My fridgerator makes more noise than my PC.

I recommend Seagate hard drives the most and use them as well. Take a look at this web page: http://www.gamersdepot.com/hardware/storage/seagate/barracuda_80gb/001.htm

Get Crucial RAM, it's the best.

Nice system, overall I'd give it a 9.8 rating (perfect 10 would be AMD Athlon XP 2000).

i would like to taste that power one day at least...
Here in Argentina, from one day ti the other, Hardware prices cost twice, so i have to think a lot before buying sth (I need a Video Card!)
