how good is this ram

how can i tell the quality of my ram, either through benchmark tests, or though your knowledge

i have 2 128 MB sticks of PC 3200 that came in a dell 8300 system. (2 weeks old)

This ram came with my Dell Dimension 8300. It's Hynix. Belive it's rated for CL3. It'd be good for folks who have the systems and want to max out the last 2 slots.
