WEll im getting a AMD 3200+ 939 Socket and im wondering if the motherboard is good?

Good but why not get the Neo4? I would take the Neo4 anyday because of SB Live and its great OCing features. I think DFI is better though cuz I'm a memory freak and I want 2-2-2, so I will buy OCZ VX which requires mass 3.5 volts to run at 2-2-2 at insane frequencies. Although I prefer MSI over DFI, I will be forced (and it doesn't hurt THAT bad) to get DFI for my upgrade.
