How good is this GPU Cooler ?

I have read some good things about this cooler..... the Arctic Cooling Accelero EXTREME 9800 but cannot find any decent reviews on it.

Is this the best GPU cooler there is for a 9800 GTX ?

Yes, the Arctic Cooling Accelero Extreme series of coolers are very good.

But there is a height restriction for it's use.
