I live in India and need a Wi-Fi MOBO and Have a budget of 75k this is my first PC and it is for gaming, please tell me if any issues.

Most of your peripherals are brands I've never heard of.

The only core component I'd mention is the coolermaster PSU. They're not very high quality. Seasonic, Corsair, and Super Flower Leadex are all way better quality.
Do you need the sleeved cable extensions? With good cable management, you shouldn't even see much of your cabling.

IDk i am new to PC building and gaming and someone recommended them to me
 
I would suggest that you read this Thread.

It will give you a frame of reference to what is currently consider top in the USA.

What you have in your list is a good choice too but is not as strong and Top users in the USA.

You will have to decide whether you need and can afford some thing like it.
