It's decent if a little slow. 2400 dpi while some of the newer, barely more expensive models are 4800 dpi. Two questions: How much do you need the fax capabilities of the X125? Do you need the multiple auto-sheetfeeder capability of the X125 or would a flatbed surface be okay?
If you answered "Not much" to A and "I don't really" to B, check out the Lexmark X85 instead.
