How good is the shuttle SFF cooling system?

Compared to good coolers like the thermaltake 212?

Since it is integrated with the rest of the case design, it potentially could be better than a typical aftermarket cooler which just blows the exhaust heat inside the case.

I'm wondering if a 300 watt shuttle sff could handle a build with say, a 65 watt core i3, and a 150 watt GTX 560. Add in 50 watts for miscallaneous usage and under full load it would still be within 300 watts of the PSU.

Shuttle was a lot more appealing before the proliferation of itx components. Between the proprietary power supplies, motherboards, cooling solutions... Any particular reason you're looking at Shuttles instead of itx parts?

I think I found a good sale? There was a intel 1155 board for like $200. Small case + mb + integrated cooling solution.

Since I was otherwise considering a $50 custom watercooling kit, this is cost competitive.
