Inwin includes this PSU in the following Mini-ITX cases I found on Newegg:

Here are some TFX PSU listings on the Inwin website:

According to RealhardwaretechX they make the TFX PSUs under their Powerman label:

In Win (PowerMan)

IN-WIN Development Inc., a Taiwanese manufacturer of professional computer chassis, power supplies and digital storage devices, was founded in 1985 and nowadays is a leading provider of enclosure solutions to system integrators worldwide.

For more than 10 years In Win has produced its own power supplies. Lately they are selling rebranded other manufacturer’s units too.

I can't say I've looked at many TFX power supplies so it's possible this is normal but half of the power supplies in that series aren't even 80% certified at all, the other half are technically 80% but not even bronze. That doesn't give me much confidence.

Yes, The 200W is not listed as 80 plus certified only the 250W IP-S250FF7-2 and 300W IPS300FF7-2 are--> http://www.in-win.com.tw/Power/en/goods.php?act=view2&id=IP-S-Series FF#product_tab

Also note the warranty is only 1 year on the 200W:

After noticing the 1 year warranty on the 200W Inwin TFX PSU, I started looking through Newegg reviews on the cases (listed in the opening post) that use it:

Between all three cases there 158 reviews (the third listing doesn't have any reviews because it is so new). Interestingly, the third case also comes with a 3 year warranty while the first two listings have 1 year warranty. Therefore I wonder if the third case uses a new 200w PSU not yet listed on the website. Either that or the warranty information on Newegg is incorrect.

Of these 158 reviews, the break down is as follows:

five egg: 62 votes
four egg: 64 votes
three egg: 14 votes
two egg: 7 votes
one egg: 11 votes

looking through the one egg and two egg reviews here are the complaints regarding the PSU:

one egg complaints-

- The power supply is defective. (Tested the system with an external powersupply and it works) The psu is so cheap I shouldn't be surprised.

-PSU is dead after less than a month of run time and very VERY light use in that time. It's connected to a line conditions UPS too.

-It came with a dead power supply, seriously. When plugged in, it makes a small contact through the current and lights up for 1 second only. After that it remains dead until plugged in again.

-DOA PSU.

-Defective power supply. I bought 4 cases from IN-Win in the last year, 2 had defective power supply.

-DOA PSU

-Purchased 5 and have multiple defective PSUs.

two egg complaints-

-My PC would not pass Memtest86+ with the included PSU. Swapped it out for a Seasonic SS-350TGM which worked fine.

-PS tests good and lights the LEDs on my mobo, but won't turn on via mobo. Tried another known good PS and mobo boots fine. This is not a power hungry config, 85W should be enough, so here I am back at newegg spending even more of my precious money buying a replacement PS. Would return it due to the bad PS but postage would eat me alive. If I'd known the PS would be bad I would have picked another case. My second bad PS experience from newegg in a row, starting to lose faith.

-power supply failed after 6 months

-Power supply made a loud pop within a week and was dead.

The 300W TFX PSU bundled in the case from post #4 fares much better.

Out of 47 total Newegg reviews for the case and PSU, here is the break down:

five egg: 27 votes
four egg: 19 votes
three egg: 0 votes
two egg: 1 votes
one egg: 0 votes

The single two egg review mentions the following complaint regarding the PSU:

-PSU is only 300watt and died within a year (just now actually)

Yeah that's about what I would expect based off the specs. Maybe you get lucky and get one that doesn't blow up. But personally I value my components and time more than that, so I'll just buy a power supply that doesn't suck.
