how good is the MACH SPEED Viper(64) 939AGP Socket 939 VIA K8T800 Pro?

i'm building a comp and i need an 939 board with agp and newegg seems to have it at $55 after rebate. so i'm wondering is this mb good. i'm not too familiar with the brand. also, i do not wish to overclock.

any suggestions?

Mach Speed uses Jetway motherboards. Jetway's website often has newer BIOS updates than are available from Mach Speed. Jetway is a top five (Taiwanese) motherboard company that has been around as long as any (1986), mostly in the OEM/ODM business.

I've used a few Mach Speed boards, no complaints here. Expect average (middle rung) performance and overclocking potential common to value segment boards.
