That depends on where you are starting from, I have cas3 pc100 Kingston value ram that works perfectly at cas2 at 133mhz, I had no idea if it would do this when I bought it, I just gave it a shot and was very pleased that $90.00 had bought me 256mb cas2 pc133 :)(old buy.com deal of the day and a rebate)

Sorry I forgot to mention, it's the 256MB PC133 CL=3 one? I know this puppy can do more than that.

I had some Kingston Value RAM 128MB PC100 2-2-2 in a ABit BE6-2 a few months ago. It'd do 140MHz at cas2 easy..

It probably depends on which chips you get on the stick you wind up with. I have one stick of valueram PC-100 cas 2 that actually has infinion chips on it and it works great. Then, I tried to put a stick of PC-133 cas3 in my Soyo motherboard, and it won't run at all. It worked fine in my MSI-6309 board, so I guess it doesn't like the 66 MHz fsb of my Intel 810 chipset. By the way, it had Toshiba chips on it. I ahve heard that the Kingston Valueram comes with any kind of chips from Nanya to Toshiba to Hyundai to Micron to Samsung. It just depends. Good Luck!
