How good is the IWill KK266-R's onboard sound?

How good is it? I have some Altec Lansin something33'3 and i have a SB:Live but i already had problems with that...does it eat alot of cpu cycles?
 
Its not too bad. It doesn't sound great while playing cd's through headphones. It sounds great in games. It doesn't have the abilty to tweak bass and treble so that really hurts it. But there are newer drivers so maybe they included that ability. Its decent but it ain't no SB Live. 🙂
