How good is the Aiwa AV-D97; it's kinda old

Right now I have a Aiwa AV-D97 receiver, i dont have any video going into it.
I have these plugged into it:
Dish HD VIP211 (Optical)
Samsung DTBH260F (Optical)
Panasonic DvD player (Optical)
and i plan on buying a 360 with hd dvd

The video from the dish and samsung and soon the xbox go through a HDMI switch from monoprice

the panasonic uses component
Oh the speakers are from this Text
except the sub the sub is a yamaha Text
So my question is; Is the receiver any good ?
because i always thought it was good receiver
just never sure

I can't find really any info on it...but....I highly doubt its that great.
