How good is Seagate with RMAs?

Seagate is fairly easy to deal with as far as RMA's go. On the other hand, the fact that I had to RMA 3 of them in a row 18 months ago has been a reason for me not to use them any more.

Their website asks you to do a test on the drive. If your drive fails, then you can RMA it. You do it via e-mail and they send you the RMA #. Turnaround for me is less than 10 days after I send it. Make sure you pack the drive according to their specs.
