How good is PNY memory?

The stuff that staples sells, normally I wouldn't buy it, but they have a deal this week were you get it free, but I can get the same deal elsewhere for slightly less without the memory, just wondering if it is any good. Meaning quality, performance, overclocking, what cas is it rated at?
 
PNY has some modules with quality memory chips. However they also have "generic" modules as well. The best thing to do is go to Staples and hand pick the good ones.
