How good is my monitor?

I just picked up this monitor:

Its 23in 1080p, got it for 65$. Perfect condition with no dead pixels. How does this monitor compare to other monitors, im pretty noob when it comes to monitors so I dont exactly know what the AC 2000:1 and pixel pitch stuff means

I just know that 23in 1080P for 65$ is too good of a deal to pass up.

Cheap TN panel - pretty ordinary. Price is quite good if its new though.

What does AC XXX:1 and DC XXX:! mean? Whats pixel pitch and density and all that other stuff mean? It was new, the guy got it didnt like it so sold it to me for nothing.

Based on the Newegg user comments, this model seem to have a number of quality issues, so Id check it over carefully (also be sure to conduct an endurance run). There was, in all likelihood, an issue the original owner encountered which evoked dissatisfaction thereby resulting in the desire to part with the unit at significant discount price.
