Just as a note for anyone using Ballistix, make sure you actually check the heatspreader contact is good! A lot (all four of my sticks) come with the heatspreader not making good contact (at an angle) with the chips, and this is definitely going to make for overheating and failing sticks. Check them every now and then when they are still warm to make sure the heatspreader is stuck properly to the chips.
