How good is a Lian Li PC-6070B vs PC-61 vs 6077@ keeping the noise inside?

I read a review on the 6070B and how it really keeps the noise level down (from the fans/heatsink etc)

Whoever has these cases; does it really reduce the noise by alot?

I need a SILENT, SEXY BLACK, SUPER QUALITY under $150 that has room for 3x + fans. I'm probably gonna go with the Lian Li or CM..
