How good is a geforce 5600

My friend might be selling it, its brand new. he won it at WCG.

what is it worth? hes kind of ocmp retaretded so i can kind of abuse the price a little, not too much since hes a close friend of mine.

is it any good? can u compare it to an ATI card? better/worse than 9600?

5600nu is ever so slightly better than a 9600 but is still crap. GeForce 4 series > 5600nu.

This card is awesome, specialy the SE brend, which boost incredible overcloaking performance. Easily beats the X800XT PE from ATI.
Plus, its the best card for DOOM III as Carmack said himself !

Edit : Sorry, I forgot.... It's a directx 9 compliant card... (Doom III with all graphical flair)
