eVGA 7800GTX
I will do some mild overclock with it. Need inputs prior to pulling the trigger.
Another quesion: This now can be had for $439.99 retailed and new in box. Is it a good to great price, considering several new technologies are lurking on the horizon? Or for $40 more, should I get the x1800xt?

Need a new hi-performance card for a new build (amd64 +3500)

decision decision decision...

that sounds like good plan if r580 core is anything like the r520 you should be able to get the core at 700mhz with air.
