How good are the stock fans on a retail P4 CPU?

Anybody know the performance characteristics of the stock fan on a retail P4 1.5GHz CPU? I assume it?s 60x60x??.

It's a 60x60x15mm (more accurately 88.9 by 67.3 by 15 since it's not a normal square screwed in fan, but rather a clipped in)fan that's 12v, .26A, does between 3200rpm (28dBA) and 5000rpm (40dBA), with that noise being measured 100cm from motor surface.
