How good are my ram (OCZ 1GB(512MBx2) DDR PC-3700 EB)?

I want to know how good my ram are. Also, is it safe to lower the cas? can I be able to reach 2-2-2-5 or better? How high should I set the vdimm to make my ram performance faster? BTW, I'm newbie at this ram thing. Please help, thanks in advance.

pc3700EB is the bomb ram from OCZ

you can run nice high HTT's especially on the A64 at 1:1

as for running 2-2-2-5... it's not possible.... only bh05's and all the new i'm not sure micron? samsung? or whateever chips that they are using for crucial ballistix, ocz plat pc3200 rev 2, mushking pc3200, etc...

2.5-2-2-5 maybe at ddr400 (200 HTT) but definitely not at anything high like 250 HTT+
