How good and compatible is the Radeon 200 XPress chipset

How good in absolute terms is this chipset and this mobo?

Also, are there any compatability issues with it, in terms of software. The reason I ask is that it doesn't seem to be very popular chipset, so I'm guessing few software develops develop around it (is Nforce4 going to be the defactor standard?)

My other question would be how seamlessly /bug-free does an ATI HDTV Wonder integrate with this mobo, given that it's an ATI chipset? And does it support Cool'n'Quiet operation troublefree?
