How good a camera does $100 buy?

I'm looking for an inexpensive compact point-and-shoot digital camera to use primarily for golf as in taking pictures of courses and clubs for online reviews. I don't need anything fancy and I definitely don't want large and/or expensive as it will be bouncing around in a golf bag for much of the time. As long as the picture quality is decent I don't need professional quality and as most pics will be taken outdoors during the day low noise at higher ISO settings isn't a priority.

Walmart has an 8MP Fuji A805 bundle that looks interesting. The reviews are good, the price is only $99 and it comes with a case and NiMH batteries with charger. I know I'd have to add a memory card, but those are dirt cheap, so it's not an issue. Does anyone have an experiences with this particular camera or can anyone recommend something better in the same price range?
