Hi

I just upgraded from MSI K7T Pro2a to Turbo2. The former had a selection in bios to run the memory at 133 while the chip could run at 100. Now I have no selection in the bios, but a jumper on the board that will run it at 133, but I can only run the Duron at 100.

Anyone have any tips so I can run the memory at 133 with the chip at 100 on this board?

Thanx

That jumper on the board is the cpu FSB jumper. It sets the cpu fsb to 133 mghz.

My Turbo board has an option for running the memory in asynch mode.

Check under Advanced Chipset Features. look for DRAM clock.

I used to have a 1ghz duron and set the memory bus to 133mghz ( i left the cpu bus at 100mghz) because I had pc133 ram in it. Nice performance boost too.
