I´ve got a new Samsung 21" monitor and I've got one bad pixel (in fact, I think it is a subpixel because I canno't see it in a green background). It is in the lower part of the display and it doesn`t bother me a lot, but, yes, it bothers me a little.
I have the oportunity to return the monitor, but I don't know what to do. I would take the hassle of packing and sending the monitor back and the risk of receiving another with more dead pixels and in a worse position of the display. Samsung policy is ISO 13406-2, so a monitor this size would be OK with less than 4 black pixels, 4 bright pixels and 9 bad subpixels.
Really, I don't know what to do and I must make my mind up quickly.
Any advice would be appreciated.
Regards
