I'm a lardass. I'm not "fat" fat but I've got extra weight all over that I shouldnt have.
I'm a lazy bastard and i like tasty food, and I don't have the best metabolism. When hockey training and shiz starts and i do 15x my normal exercise every day and eat better I don't really get skinnier or more in shape looking. I get stronger and in better shape but I don';t look it.
Anyhow, moral of the story is, there is no moral
But all the mile time things, I've always been slow as a sloth, I've got flat feet and knees that really fvcking suck i wish they would die, ive never been in really good shape and i'm in bad shape now, and i can run a mile in like 7:30 with only a major cramp and some knee pain afterwards
If you take 12 minutes (walleye), your a lard ass, altough you dont look like such a lard ass from your pics

how long does it take to walk a mile? like 15 minutes or slow? Yippee, 20% faster than walking
