what will be the fastest processor the a7n8x will handle? will it support the 400 fsb chips? or anything that is 333FSB?

fastest you can currently buy?
find the fastest AMD processor, and put it in.. it will work.
it also has future support.
good luck trying to find an AMD CPU it wont' work with. (socket A)

A7N8X looks pretty good

This looks like a pretty hot board - got all the tricks.

Up to 2.8GHz AMG XP's, and ther're not even out yet. The XP2800+ flagship is at 2.25GHz, so you've got headroom - probably up to where an XP3200+ might rate.
333 FSB to push with.
RAM runs DDR400 & holds 3 tons of memory.
8X AGP for Video, & the games for that speed haven't been released yet.
Serial ATA - new stuff.
USB 2.0, Firewire, & LAN.
6.1 integrated sound system.

Hard to beat it.
