How fast of a comp is necessary for TV Card recording?

20gig 7200 RPM HDD

Thinking about getting the Leadtek Winfast TV2000XP that I would like to put on a secondary system w/ a big monitor.

Will it be good enough to do 640x480 @ 30fps? If not, what will it be able to handle? Thanks.

I was doing it with the Celly 266@400 I'm selling now with no problems.
