The first device I will post up is the ASUS T100HA which uses Atom X5-Z8500, 4GB DDR3L 1600 Mhz and 64GB Samsung CGND3R eMMC :

The next device is the ASUS T100TA which uses Atom Z3740, 2GB RAM and either 32GB or 64GB eMMC (64GB Sandisk eMMC version benchmarked below):

ASUS also made an upgrade version of the the original ASUS T100 called ASUS T100 Chi that came with a higher resolution display (1080p vs. 1366 x 768) and upgraded Bay Trail processor (Z3775 vs. Z3740). Memory is still 2GB though the particular version benchmarked below has 32GB SanDisk SDW32G eMMC (rather than 64GB eMMC).
