Depends on what FSB you're using, if you run 133fsb at CAS3, the speed is comparable to running 100fsb at 2-2-2 CAS2, I think 133fsb at cas3 is just a hair faster than 100 Cas2. If you can run 133 at cas2, then go for it!
i decided to run a sandra memory benchmark with 133 cas3 and 100 cas2 and what i found out was there's a significant difference at 133 cas 3, i scored 430/511 as to 390's/410's @ 100 cas 2... for reference my stick is Siemens, the rest of the info is in the sig
