How fast is 3D of integrated GeForce2 MX compared to....??

Mobile GeForce2 Go

I guess image quality of the 3D is important too.

At most resolutions I would say that the integrated Geforce2mx is comparable to the Geforce 1 DDR. The other cards are somewhat slower.

my comps have a G450 and the mobile Geforce2 and they perform well enough in 1024x768 Counter-Strike so the integrated Gf2 MX should be fine for me

It will play CS just fine. I had a Geforce 3 Ti 500 and I sold it before the Geforce 4 Ti 4400 came out to have money to buy the Geforce 4 Ti 4400. During the two weeks while I waited, I used the integrated video on my nForce motherboard and it played just fine. Course I couldn't run it at 4x FSAA with Aniso but it played smoothly at higher resolutions.

actually its a little slower than a regular mx, which is about the same as a gf256, and not as fast as a ddr gf256. check anand's 15 way gpu test

Toughie. I'd have to give the MX420 the nod due to LMA II.

^^^ more like only 50% faster. MX 420 is pretty sad.... A GTS is *still* faster.

Although it does do pretty well on FSAA..... maybe EQUAL to a GTS.

geforce 1 DDR beats a geforce 2MX200 hands down.

An integrated geforce2mx is probably equivalent to a geforce 1sdr and lower.
