I drive 9MPH over whatever the posted limit is. I have done this for over 100,000 miles, both on the job and off, and have never been pulled over for speeding when following this guideline.

In Tennessee you better watch it. Same with 64w when you enter il. They sit there and pop folk. West Virginia? You keep it 5 or less.
