how fast do i need for 100% ultrahle speed all the time

i was just wondering what you would recomend for running ultrahle with no speed drops. ive currently got a k63+ @ 575 and i can be playing at full speed and then snow board around a corner (or whatever) and drop down to half speed.

any recomendations would be good
 
You need a Pentium II 400 with a Voodoo 2 for best performance.

Since UltraHLE has no optimisations for AMD's 3DNow, you are seeing quite poor performance.
