how fast could this memory run?

how fast could this memory run? ocz elplat rev 2 pc3200 i have it at 230mhz right now is that a good oc? someone said they have it at 289mhz is that possible?

What model? PC 3200 doesn't tell us much. I had my sticks run upto 289Mhz stable with 2.5-4-4-10 timings.
