How fast can your generic ram do?

Mine's doing 154 mhz CAS 3 with my cheap 256mn strip of ram on a A7V133. Probably can go higher but I think my IDE controller or 75GXP is holding me back on running more.

My pc100 cas2 does 118mhz 2-2-2. Haven't tried higher.
