And if your entering from paper, why would you need to? so you can print out the exact same copy as the one in your hand?

my data entry had to handle hand written applications...worst job ever.
 
hehe, why would someone write when they can type? and get the 1 draft. Excellent efficiency when the business is too stupid to take advantage of technology.
