How fast can you make a motherboard go?

Staying within Intel guidelines for Vcore and Vtt (1.4v), I booted my mb with a BCLK of 225MHz, then used ET6 (Gigabyte mb management software) to nudge the bclk up until it was at 232MHz (CPU-Z link).

OK, so when I went to paste a screenshot the system crashed. But I was able to paste a screenshot at bclk=230MHz. That means I was able to do a tiny bit of work. LinX stable it was not.

So, how fast can these motherboards go?

275 is about the maximum for a suicide run under Ln2. Unless things have changed since I last looked, the EVGA Classified is the board to get for this.
