How fast can I make a barton 2500 go on air cooling and what do i need to get there

I am going to build a barton 2500 system and i hear that you can really OC those bad boys. How fast can you really get them and what stuff (ram,mobo and other) do you need to get there. Also i would like to know how fast you think you can get them to go with the retail CPU heatsink and fan cause that would save like 40 bucks if i can just use those.
