I'm thinking of OC my new system. How fast can I go with this setup?

P4 2.0a on an MSI 645E
2 sticks of Samsung PC2700 256MB DDR
400w power supply
Gainward Ti4200 128 DDR
 
You know I'm still kinda new around here but I'm already getting tired of people who don't use the search function. There is a faq here too somewhere I think.
