I got a 256 meg stick of Micron PC-100 RAM. What's the highest I can push this? I'm hoping for at least 107.

I believe it's rated at 8 ns. I just looked on the chips and it said -8A
Thanks.

107 ?? :D
i've got my Micron 128MB module (OEM module, not crucial or other brands on the stick) at 139MHz at cas3.
or at least this should be the limit for mine.
but i'm happy enough with this one.

at cas2 the limit seems to be at 125MHz.

My -8E stuff (not -8A) rates itself (SPD) to go 110 FSB cas 2 and switches to cas 3 at 112. Runs fine at cas 2 at higher speeds, but I don't know how much higher. It should do VERY well at Cas 3 however.

You probably wont get 150 out of it but I definately think 107mhz is no problem. 124mhz should be no problem

My -8e is doing 124, I'm having problems hitting 133. Not sure if its my ram, temps(retail heatsink), or video (v770 Ultra).

Ooops, I just looked on my RAM again, and it says -8E. Not -8A. It's dark in there :p ! So, judging from all your responses I should be fine. Thanks.
