How fast can a Duron 650 go?

I am currently running a Duron 650 @ 800 without problems on an Asus A7V. The temperature max's at 42C. I am using a voltage of 1.75. It is now time to up the speed.

What speed and setting do others recommend?
 
I have had mine up to 900 on an abit KT7. I keep it at 750 and it is rock solid. Runs at 91-95 degrees F.
 
Duron 600@950 and 1.85 volts. Should hit 1Gig at 1.9 or 2.0 volts.
My crap memory doesn't like fsb change. Best I've gotten is 978 with 105 fsb.
46C with GlobalWin fop32-1 and Arctic Silver
 
I´ve got my 600@1000MHz@1.75V. It gets damn hot though so I don´t wanna push it further. 1GHz is enough for now 😉
