i think the longest streak i ever had was 9...i just learned how to play it recently...when it pisses me off i just reset the counter thing...hehe

well geesh you guys just made my scores look bad. i was the best in minesweeper in highschool though 🙂 my beginner 6...intermediate...41 and expert...123...not so hot huh? well it was good for a class of 109 😛 hehe. i need to go to more places

my old score for the expert level of minesweeper was 102...took me like 6 months nefore i finally beat that...i was so happy...haha...my goal was to break 100 and i finally did...new goal is to break 90 now...hehe

PS I don't know about my streaks, but I average about 75% win ratio.

Don't play minesweeper, but I've played Freecell a little bit.

Longest winning streak was about 15 or so as I recall, averageing wins at about 90%.

At this one local RV Park for snow birds they have this small computer lab of four computer that anyone in the RV park can use. They have internet access and a few games installed.

Anyways, while I was poking around on one I noticed the Freecell log indicated someone had a losing streak of something like 147 (!), and the longest winning streak was 7. Yikes!

I take it that your post saying all games of Freecell are winnable is a "correction" to my post saying all but one are winnable. Both Microsoft and Freecell.org say that game #11982 out of the 32000 has no solution. The same thing is also reported elsewhere. That is enough for me to say you are wrong and that you should have checked your facts before posting.

chipbgt: yup, i got a 3 on beginner...as vtbigbear said, beginner is pure luck...all you have to do is click everywhere...i've heard people getting a score of 1 because of that...
