how far to push a geforce2MX w/ coolbits?

Do a 10% calculation. take your core speed, and take your memory speed, take 10% from each, and that's a safe amount to overclock each. Hope that helps :)

EDIT: And if you game on that system, that mx2 is absolutely suffocating the system. Try upgrading to something a little more substantial, like this, Newegg.com

A 2.4 ghz P4 with a gf2 mx... why even bother? That oc is totally not worth it imo.

Seriously, a 10% increase is not worth risking your card for. Just save your pennies for something used and better. 128MB Radeon 9100s go for as little as $55 new, so you may find some used ones for <$40, if you're lucky.
