Do a 10% calculation. take your core speed, and take your memory speed, take 10% from each, and that's a safe amount to overclock each. Hope that helps

Seriously, a 10% increase is not worth risking your card for. Just save your pennies for something used and better. 128MB Radeon 9100s go for as little as $55 new, so you may find some used ones for <$40, if you're lucky.
