how far should this processor be able to go

i've currently got a p4. 253 ghz cooled with the zalman heat sink(sp?)linky it ususally runs anywhere from 20-30 degrees Celsius. i'm planning on getting the asus p4s8x motherboard. just wondering what's been average overclock ability for this processor.
