How far should I oc?

My system is in my sig.

Is 3.3 a safe bet? How far should I crank up the voltages? Same goes to RAM and PERHAPS vid card, but I'm not too hopeful on that. I'm new to OCing, so as much help would be amazing.

Thanks.

you should be able to just push the fsb on that up so that you can get to 3.4 on good air cooling. Leave the voltage on auto in the bios.

edit:
Set your RAM to 400mhz in the bios, don't bother pushing it.

as for the video card don't bother, not even worth it with that card.

Dude, u can't just ask How much can i OC without telling us some more things about ur computer

Cooling solution

SPecific Core (northwood, Prescott)

Are you using Corsair Value selects?

If ur cooling is insufficient
it may still overclock at a higher expense to ur core's lifetime which would make 3 to 3.4 not worth it
3.06 to 3.4 doesn't do anything for you in games if ur using that graphics card,
