How far can you overclock your GF3Ti200 with STOCK cooling?

I was wondering how far people can overclock this card with STOCK cooling? I plan on removing the stock heatsink and fan with replace it with a TT Crystal Orb. I have NVMAX and it says something about having an unregistered version of it. When should you stop overclocking it? And how the hell can I remove the stock fan and heatsink? I remember plex24 saying to turn it slowly to remove it. But it like really stuck on there! Can I heat up the heatsink to melt the glue and then remove it? I need help putting in a new fan! Any good websites?

I saw on some website that using a credit card is best way to remove heatsinks. I will see if i can find that site again.
